Job Overview: Search Solution Group is recruiting a Contract Graphic Designer for our client, a leading real estate developer focused on specialty properties in the Southeast United States. Based in Matthews, NC, this role involves creating impactful visual content that enhances the brand's presence across multiple platforms, including digital marketing and print media. Key Responsibilities: Design Marketing Collateral: Develop brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and advertisements to support marketing efforts. Digital Design: Produce digital assets for online platforms, including social media graphics, website banners, email newsletters, and digital advertisements. Brand Development: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels by developing design guidelines and templates. Content Creation: Work collaboratively with the marketing team to generate creative ideas and translate these into compelling graphic visuals. Photography and Image Editing: Capture and edit images to support marketing efforts and enhance storytelling through visuals. Special Projects Assistance: Participate in the design and implementation of special projects like event promotions and signage. Requirements include: Education: Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a graphic design program or related field. Experience: Experience in graphic design, demonstrated through a strong portfolio. Skills: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), excellent attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Certifications: Not specifically required, but any relevant certifications in graphic design or digital media would be advantageous. Knowledge: Familiarity with photography, image editing, and basic UX principles is preferred. Key Competencies: Creativity, communication, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Additional Information: This contract position allows for creativity and innovation in a dynamic team environment. The role is based in Matthews, NC, and might involve occasional travel to different project sites for photography or special project needs.
