Marketing Specialist

As a Marketing Specialist, you'll get to work with our media team to strategize, implement, optimize, and report on paid advertising campaigns across various physical and digital marketing mediums.RESPONSIBILITIESYou'll assist with defining measurable strategies to meet specific campaign objectives.You'll work closely with the rest of the Media Team and our partners to identify and explore opportunities for greater impact.You'll be responsible for initiating, strategizing, implementing, optimizing & reporting on paid advertising campaigns across various physical and digital marketing mediums.MUST-HAVESHands-on experience running and optimizing paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google Ad, Spotify, CTV, etc. Ability to brainstorm creative ideas/concepts for campaignsAbility to manage people, including motivating others and offering sound decision-making, and giving directionAbility to analyze data and connect the dots, making the necessary strategic adjustments for future campaignsAbility to juggle multiple projects and prioritize accordinglyExperience with SEM and SEOHigh level of communication skillsHighly organized, detail and solution-orientedProficient in Google Drive/DocsNICE-TO-HAVESBachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communication or public relations.Experience with digital marketing initiatives such as text campaigns, email marketing, and content marketing.
