Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple routes, ensuring effective merchandising and sales techniques, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

About the Job:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct regular route audits to ensure high-quality displays and merchandising.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and implement strategies to achieve goals.
  • Communicate effectively with management and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute supplier promotions and incentives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Department Metrics and Buffalo Rock Standards.
  • Ensure adherence to customer policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); preferred.
  • No prior experience necessary.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Must have a valid state driver's license, for the state of residence, with a good driving record; must be DOT Certifiable.

Working Conditions:

The job requires working in an enclosed vehicle or equipment, with varying temperatures from extreme heat to extreme cold, and exposure to rain or snow for extended periods.
