Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? Onsite desktop support
  • What are the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? Communication and customer service
  • What will the work schedule be for this position? (M-F? 8-5? Overtime? Afterhours?)M-F 8am-5pm some OT possible
  • Will there be OC (on call) or differentials? no
  • How many overall years of experience should this person have? 2+
  • Do they need any specific certifications or education? Lexmark, A+
  • If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? 22/hr
  • How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? Less than 50 ?
