Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant construction administration experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • On-site observations of facilities, general project and contract administration, payment requests, and change approvals.
  • Review and evaluate shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals. Bring questions or concerns to the attention of design team members who will address problems and suggest resolutions.
  • Monitor construction changes, shop drawings, samples, product data and/or other submissions from the contractor.
  • Coordinate outside consultants, as required, to complete the project successfully.
  • Facilitate timely communication between the owner, contractor, project manager and other relevant team members for assigned projects
  • Balance short-term deadlines and long-term projects
  • Proficiency in Revit preferred.
  • Professional or non-professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution preferred but not required.
