Our client is looking for a Tax Professional who has strong research, analytical skills and is detail oriented to be part of the team. If you are great at what you do, have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and can be a solid team player, we are looking forward to hearing from you.

This position offers a fully remote work set-up and offers a competitive salary and benefits. Here, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Assisting in the preparation and review of income tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740 for multiples under the supervision of the Tax Director and Tax Partner.
  • Knowledgeable in Tax accounting and tax compliance rules along with preparing the quarterly and yearly tax provision and tax returns.
  • Preparing the stand-alone and consolidated federal and state 'C-Corp' income tax using a tax return software
  • Assisting with planning and performing tax research on various federal, state, and international tax issues and prepare tax memorandum.
Requirements:
  • Relevant College Degree (Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, (etc.)
  • Must have a CPA license
  • MST license is preferred
  • At least 2+ years working in corporate and/or Big 4 Public Accounting
  • Must be willing to travel to client sites in local areas
