As the PACT Program Assistant you will provide integral operational support to our Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team. This position will play a significant role in ensuring that the PACT teams run smoothly on a day to day basis. Working under the direction of the Team Leader, the PACT Program Assistant is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and monitoring all non-clinical operations.
Other responsibilities include:
- Providing receptionist activities, including triaging calls, and being the first point of contact
- Coordinating communication between the team and persons served.
- Deescalating situations with persons served who have increases of symptomatology, and assisting persons served, their families, and agencies to get answers to question
- Maintaining accounting and budget records for persons served and program expenditures
- Operating and coordinating the management information system.
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-3 years of administrative support experience.
- Strong time organizational skills, Microsoft Office skills, and general computer skills.
- Must be able to become CPR and First Aid certified within 2 weeks of employment,
- Must complete PACT Module Training within 3 months of hire
- Must be able to successfully pass a CORI, reference, multi-state background, professional licensure and driving record check.
