Job Description

Sign On Bonus:$5000; $1666 upon completion of 30 days, $1667 upon completion of 6 months, $1667 upon completion of 1 year

As the PACT Program Assistant you will provide integral operational support to our Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team. This position will play a significant role in ensuring that the PACT teams run smoothly on a day to day basis. Working under the direction of the Team Leader, the PACT Program Assistant is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and monitoring all non-clinical operations.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Providing receptionist activities, including triaging calls, and being the first point of contact
  • Coordinating communication between the team and persons served.
  • Deescalating situations with persons served who have increases of symptomatology, and assisting persons served, their families, and agencies to get answers to question
  • Maintaining accounting and budget records for persons served and program expenditures
  • Operating and coordinating the management information system.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-3 years of administrative support experience.
  • Strong time organizational skills, Microsoft Office skills, and general computer skills.
  • Must be able to become CPR and First Aid certified within 2 weeks of employment,
  • Must complete PACT Module Training within 3 months of hire
  • Must be able to successfully pass a CORI, reference, multi-state background, professional licensure and driving record check.
