Contribute ideas toward improving Rebag's sales and trade experience, as well as back-end processes and procedures. Demonstrate a mastery of all Rebag products and services. Keep up with industry trends and best practices. Proactively and consistently update our CRM system to ensure accurate customer experience information is captured to build stronger rapport. Ensure opening and closing procedures are to standards. Assist management in developing the sales team to deliver best-in-class knowledge and experience to every customer that walks into the boutique. Lead the sales team to success by achieving monthly sales quota. Assist and perform required tasks with attention to detail to ensure all transactions both in sales and submissions are properly processed.
