Essential Job Functions:
  • Answers, screens, and directs calls on multi-line phone system in a courteous and professional manner; takes messages and/or forwards telephone calls to appropriate employee, or voice mail.
  • Professionally greet visitors; determines their needs and directs them to the appropriate employee or department location.
  • Maintains and updates employees extension list as needed.
  • Calls customers for License Plates updates and maintain plate log
  • Keep receptionist area clean and organized.
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues with current or future customers.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

  • Must be available to work any recognized Federal holiday that falls on a normal scheduled work day, other than holiday(s) the company is closed.
