Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) responsibilities include:

  • On-Call (after hours and on weekends)
  • Follow a designated care plan in accordance with the patient's needs.
  • Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
  • Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided.

Qualifications:

  • Current Practical/Vocational Nursing License in the state which you intended to work
  • Minimum of 1-year nursing experience preferred.
  • Home Health or Hospice experience a plus
  • Homecare Homebase experience is a plus
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proof of current auto insurance
  • Proof of Covid vaccine, medical exemption or religious exemption
