Fiery LLC is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for North America based in our Fremont, California to office. The incumbent will provide full range of HR support and business partnership with the leaders and employees based in North Americas region.

What you will do:

Service Delivery

  • Deliver HR services to the Fiery Business Unit (BU):
  • Provide employees and managers with support and guidance on core HR processes (responds to and resolves increasingly complex issues).
  • Consult with and coach managers on a variety of employee relations, compensation, and policy matters.
  • Coach managers on building development plans and other initiatives to drive engagement and retention.
  • Assist managers with requests regarding headcount, labor costs and org structure scenarios as needed.
  • Advise on and ensure compliance and consistent application of employment laws and company policies.
  • Responsible for employee life cycle HR activities: Recruitment and selection, on boarding and assimilation, employee development, performance management, and management of employee relations issues for the BU in North Americas region.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to ensure services are effectively delivered.
  • Identify and recommend process enhancements.
  • Partner with TA team to ensure right talent is hired.
  • Conduct new employee orientations, exit interviews.
Employee relations:
  • Build strong relationships with employees and managers; own and drive creative engagement initiatives and events for employees.
  • Resolve issues between management and employees, Coach managers through the conflict resolution process.
  • Manage & facilitate investigations.
  • Implement performance management and progressive discipline as needed.
  • Provide input into appropriate metrics and reports around compliance, performance, and data analytics.
  • Primary interface to COE, Shared Services, and Non-HR functional departments to appropriately escalate inquiries/concerns.
  • Support the deployment of change plans and program implementation, partnering with BU HR Leader to determine when standardized versus regional Programs should be applied.
  • Implements talent programs around identified needs and gaps. Works with business managers to deploy the talent selection tools to meet unique business requirements.
  • Support the application of strategies to address talent gaps and needs.
  • Partner with immigration legal team to provide foreign national support for visa/permanent residency needs.

  • SAP Experience is desired.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Management, or other related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 10 years of progressive Human Resources Business Partnering experience.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP or related HR certifications preferred.


Salary Range: $120-$145k
