Le(la) superviseur(e) adjoint agira titre de mentor auprs des charg(e)s dquipe et oprateurs(trices) du centre de tlsurveillance.

****Ce que vous ferez****

* Grer et diriger les activits quotidiennes dune centrale dalarme

* Aider crer une culture dentreprise hautement dynamique sur le lieu du travail pour favoriser une forte confiance et un haut degr dengagement des employs

* Offrir quotidiennement un encadrement, une orientation et un soutien aux membres de lquipe de premire ligne

* tablir des relations solides et de bons rseaux de communications avec les clients/parties intresses internes et externes afin dassurer la coordination des problmes de soutien et le maintien dun excellent service la clientle

* Prparer et diriger les horaires, le suivi des prsences des employs, planifier les pauses et les changements si ncessaire

* Agir titre de responsable pour rencontrer les objectifs de productivit du service et de qualit

* Effectuer la supervision, le suivi des appels, le coaching, la formation et la discipline des employs

* Pratiquer et assurer la conformit avec celle de l'ensemble des politiques et procdures de l'organisation

* Collaborer au besoin avec les diffrents dpartements

****Ce que nous recherchons****

* Dtenir un diplme dtudes collgiales (universitaire un atout)

* Possder un minimum de 3 5 annes d'exprience de gestion en centre dappels

* Disponible et flexible 24/7. Horaire majoritairement de soir, mais certaines heures seront de nuit et de fin de semaine.

* Excellentes aptitudes communicationnelles en franais et en anglais, l'oral comme l'crit

* Connaissance des logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

* Connaissance des outils de gestion en centre dappels
