For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below: Job SummaryJoin our dynamic at Chase Field as a Premium Clubs Food Runner and contribute to the exceptional guest experience in our premium seating areas. As a Food Runner, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality food and service to our VIP guests, ensuring they have a memorable time during events at the ballpark.Greet guests in friendly and welcoming manner.Retrieve food orders from the kitchen and ensure accurate items and municate any special requests or modifications to appropriate serving or kitchen staff.Deliver food orders to the correct tables promptly and efficiently; ensure correct placement of dishes.Ensure guest satisfaction.Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain clear communication.May assist servers by refilling water glasses, bussing table, and other support tasks.Keep the food running station and areas organized, well-stocked, and clean.Follow food safety and sanitation standardsPerform side work, re-stocking, inventory, cleaning and opening or closing duties.
