About the Role We're looking for a highly organized, execution-focused Marketing Specialist to support our Marketing Campaigns & Strategic Initiatives team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on checklists, loves research, and takes pride in turning plans into results. As Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives across multiple platforms - from campaign rollouts and creative content development, to press brief development, and on-the-ground support for brand activations. From writing and editing content, to managing deadlines, organizing assets, and ensuring every piece of a project is delivered as directed. This position is execution-first: you'll organize, coordinate, research, write, and manage deliverables to keep projects moving forward. This role is pivotal in keeping our content organized, team connected, our projects moving, and our creative aligned. The Marketing Specialist ensures that every campaign, press opportunity, and event has the organization, research, and production support it needs to succeed. Your Mission Support the Senior Manager of Marketing Campaigns & Strategic Initiatives in delivering seamless execution of marketing initiatives. You'll handle the details that keep campaigns on track, assets organized, and communications flowingfreeing up the team to focus on high-level direction and creative development. Key Responsibilities Project & Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across channels (email, social, video, website, paid media, earned media, partnerships, and more). Track project deliverables and milestones to ensure deadlines are met and stakeholders stay aligned. Prepare creative briefs, asset requests, decks, and status updates for key initiatives. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proven ability to juggle multiple priorities, coordinate schedules, and manage logistics without missing details. Content & Asset Coordination: Manage the intake, organization, and distribution of creative assets including photos, videos, graphics, and marketing copy. Coordinate with external partners and vendors on smaller-scale creative and marketing deliverables to ensure timely and accurate completion. Support the coordination of content creation and syndication, including but not limited to: content capture and editing, webpage development, graphics. Maintain and update campaign tracking tools, and tasks within project management boards in Monday.com. Content Production Assistance: Provide on-site or remote production support for shoots, content capture, and live events. Handle light post-production tasks such as sourcing b-roll, release form collection, file management, etc. Research & Reporting: Conduct research to support creative development, campaign planning, and competitive benchmarking. Track campaign performance metrics and prepare internal recap materials. Conduct in-depth research across media, industry trends, audience insights, and competitor initiatives to generate actionable findings that guide campaign execution, press preparation, and partnership outreach. Build outreach and inbound tracking for partnerships, PR, and influencer effortsbuild and maintain outreach lists, track responses and opportunities, and log all activity in Monday.com. Press Coordination and Writing: Assist with press briefs for interviews (outlet background, audience insights, and suggested talking points). Support PR content syndication efforts media outreach coordination, and management. Team & Administrative Support: Manage team calendars: schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take and distribute notes. Maintain organized file and asset storage in Dropbox and the company's digital asset manager. Draft, proof, and send internal and external communications as needed. Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or production support role. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Familiar with content marketing, digital campaigns, and creative production workflows. Strong researcher with proven ability to source, synthesize, and organize information to support press, campaigns, and partnerships. Excellent organizational and time management skillsdetail-oriented, proactive, and calm under pressurewith proven ability to manage multiple projects. Strong communication skills - clear, concise, quick, and professional with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and cloud-based platforms (Dropbox). Knowledge of HubSpot and WordPress are a plus.
