The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for making daily edits to the firm’s website, BrownRudnick.com, keeping data in the firm’s CRM database clean and up-to-date, and coordinating workflows within the department. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech savvy, collaborative, an excellent communicator, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This is a great opportunity to learn, grow and get exposure to strategic digital marketing and technology projects. Responsibilities Work closely with the Marketing Technology, Business Development, and Communications teams to ensure that the firm’s website content, including attorney biography and practice page updates, up to date on a daily basis. Maintenance of firm contacts and companies within the firm’s CRM. Assist team members with list management and reporting in the firm’s email marketing and CRM systems. Organize photoshoots for new lawyer hires across all US offices, including managing vendor relationships and scheduling. Assist with additional marketing requests on an as-needed basis with opportunities to learn new technologies, processes, and data applications. Qualifications 2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, technology, or business development. Experience with website content management systems (Wordpress, Umbraco, Kentico, Site Pilot or others). Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Experience with CRM systems and email marketing systems a plus. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively, proactively and possess a strong growth mindset. Salary range based on experience level and location is estimated to be in the range of $55,000-70,000.
