Reports To: Managing PartnerLocations: Salt Lake City or BostonSUMMARY: We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to help us with our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion, contributing to the overall success of HyperGrowthCEO. The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help HyperGrowthCEO and our client’s reputation and growth.QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, a marketing specialist must be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. Perform each essential duty and responsibility in a satisfactory manner, and the individual must be punctual, have a good attendance record, and have reliable means of transportation to work that they will be willing to use for work purposes. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Work with clients, advertising, media agencies and the partners of HyperGrowthCEO with day-to-day support and execution of marketing deliverables.Manage social media campaigns for HyperGrowthCEO and its clients utilizing the print and digital asset inventory to ensure creative alignment across all marketing channels.Lead execution of the approval process, including uploading of all final marketing and creative assets.Seek out collaboration and buy-in from stakeholders to develop the most effective communication assets.Work with marketing operations to develop and respond to design requests pertaining to marketing web analytics, email campaigns, conversion rates, and additional data requests specified by the partners of HyperGrowthCEO.Assist in overall monthly and campaign level reporting of marketing KPI performance vs. goals.Plan, design, and develop effective presentations for internal and external use; aiding in the prospecting of new clients by attending consultations, email outreach campaigns, and calling local businesses.Design websites based on wireframes for various clients.Manage organization of strategy documents, creative assets, and meeting materials/agendas.Implement and maintain effective open-door communication system that crosses departmental lines in order to reach all employees.Understand the government regulations affecting HyperGrowthCEO’s operations, ensuring HyperGrowthCEO is operated in compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations, and requirements of any federal, state or municipal authority.Deal with the general public, customers, employees, union and government officials with tact and courtesy.Accept full responsibility for managing an activity.Other duties may be assigned.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:Microsoft WordMicrosoft ExcelActiveCampaignWordPressGoogle SuiteSlackDialPadREASONING ABILITY: Marketing Specialists must have developed reasoning abilities to the point to be able to:Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.Use mathematical skills to interpret financial information and prepare budgets.Read and interpret business records and statistical reports.Make business decisions based on production reports and similar facts, as well as on your own experience and personal opinions.Absent extraordinary prior on-the-job experience, the Marketing Specialist position requires a High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and preferably either a two-year business degree or a four-year secondary education in marketing (or equivalent combination of education and experience).LANGUAGE SKILLS: Marketing Specialist must have developed language skills to the point to be able to:Read and interpret documents in English such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, newspapers, periodicals, journals, and manuals.Write routine reports, correspondence, business letters, summaries, and reports in English using prescribed format, and conforming to all rules of punctuation, grammar, diction, and style.Ability to speak effectively in English before groups such as customers or employees.COMPUTER SKILLS: Marketing Specialist must have sufficient computer skills that will allow them to be able to use, in a proficient manner, all HyperGrowthCEO software programs, including but not limited to the following:Next StepsConnect with HyperGrowthCEO leadership and demonstrate you’re interested in joining the Island of Misfit Marketing Toys.We like to get to know you better.
