Join us in creating a greener, cleaner, and safer planet from space The Role: The goal of the product management team at AiDash is to understand our users and leverage our AI/ML capabilities to build innovative products. We aim to empower our users to harness the potential of our products and models through easy-to-use, intuitive designs and workflows. As a Principal Product Manager at AiDash, you will work with the latest machine learning and data science techniques, combining product and design thinking to empower users to unlock critical value for themselves. You will work on our Intelligent Vegetation Management System (IVMS) product, which enables our utilities to quickly assess vegetation risks and create & execute plans that enable cost efficiencies with increased reliability of networks. How you'll make an impact: Drive product strategy by aligning the company vision and goals with market demands, customers' current and future needs, our AI/ML capabilities, and the latest technological advancements Partner closely with Sales and Product Marketing teams on strategy and execution around distribution and pricing Own the product definition from ideation through growth to help large enterprises optimize their operations and improve resilience Own the product roadmap and requirements Collaborate with multiple teams, such as design and engineering, to ensure high-quality product delivery while considering all short-term and long-term trade-offs in technical decisions Define and drive key metrics for adoption and usage. Collaborate with customer success to drive adoption and business value, and establish processes for gathering customer feedback What we're looking for: 10+ years of overall experience in software engineering or business roles, with 6+ years in product management, focusing on building customer-facing B2B or B2C SaaS products Experience in building enterprise SaaS products is a must-have Experience in owning the complete lifecycle of a product from concept to scale Passionate about applying design thinking and a customer-centric approach to building, experimenting with, and iterating on innovative products Strong analytical and quantitative skills, and decision-making ability Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment Experience building products for large enterprises is a plus Experience working with AI models or Data Science teams is a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline; or equivalent experience is required; an MBA is a plus What you'll love: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage: 100% coverage for employees and 80% for their spouses and children Health Reimbursement Account (HRA): 100% funded by AiDash to cover medical deductibles 401(k) Plan: Begin contributing after three months of employment to prepare for your future.
