Job Duties: 1.

Hire, train, motivate and counsel employees to meet and exceed company goals. 2.

Continuously work to improve sales performance and team members. 3.

Reward, recognize and hold staff accountable to goals set by the company. 4.

Conduct training, development, and action plans for team members. 5.

Assist sales team members in processing and completing sales. 6.

Address customer complaints and resolve issues effectively. 7.

Purchase and consign RV’s and calculate ACV’s for customer trade ins. 8.

Attend trainings and open house events. 9.

Distribute internet sales leads. 10.

Monitor sales follow-up procedures. 11.

Routinely inspect new and used inventory. Qualifications: 1.

5 years of RV or Auto Sales experience 2.

3 years of management experience 3.

Proven track record of effective leadership 4.

Strong communication skills both internally with staff and externally with customers. 5.

Self-motivated and results driven. 6.

Must pass pre-employment drug test, which includes testing for marijuana. Physical & Mental Requirements:

Ability to sit for long periods of time using a computer, phone and other office equipment. Must be able to climb stairs and ladders, walk/stand for extended periods of time. Some out of state travel required. Environmental & Working Conditions:

Most work will be performed in an office setting; some work will be performed outdoors on the sales lot.
