Job Store Professional has teamed up with a prestigious custom builder in the Aspen community. Our client is seeking highly qualified Property Manager to manage several company held properties. Our client market is high end properties in the Roaring Fork area we are seeking a candidate familiar with the community.

Annual Salary: $80-100K

Health benefits, paid holidays, activity benefits, PTO, 401K with employer sharing profit, flex scheduling

The Property Manager should be experience in responding to customer service and property maintenance issues. We are seeking a candidate who is able to assess a problem quickly and either manage repairs onsite or contact appropriate services.

Role and Responsibilities

Uphold and maintain multiple clients' properties.

Tasks

Conduct routine inspections and coordinate maintenance services per client contract. Responsible for all tracking on maintenance completed to generate reports for review by team and clients. Lead and communicate project budget to clients, subcontractors, and property services team. Manage and negotiate subcontracts and scope of work. Knowledge and Skills Highly organized and efficient with an eye for detail. Previous experience in construction and/or home maintenance and property management. Ability to manage multiple incoming requests, while ensuring they are prioritized and handled in the appropriate manner.
