Position Summary:
We are looking to hire an experienced and hands-on Estate Manager to manage a busy family's private mountainside vacation home located in Aspen, CO. You will be relied upon to maintain the 360-degree responsibility for the estate and to ensure an organized and efficient environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills and will be enthusiastic about taking on a wide range of tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the residence, grounds, and all systems are properly maintained and are in excellent working condition; regularly inspect property, structure, fixtures, and furniture, and troubleshoot systems.
Schedule, coordinate, and oversee full property maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and IT systems.
Oversee the housekeeper by scheduling, timekeeping, and managing quality and standards.
Oversee and manage various contractors by scheduling, coordinating, and overseeing the full property maintenance; maintain and communicate all service issues and resolutions.
Prepare the residence externally and internally for family visits; ensure amenities are prepared, transportation is scheduled, and conduct miscellaneous errands.
Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of household management and administrative support duties.
Strong organizational, time-management, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Ability to have a cohesive and effective working relationship with the residence's housekeeping and administrative staff.
Maintaining and demonstrating high confidentiality and discretion; prompt and clear communication are paramount.
Schedule:
This is a full-time, year-round, live-out opportunity. The general work schedule is Monday through Friday when the principals are not in residence. When in residence, additional working days and hours should be expected.

Compensation:
The base salaryfor this roleis $150,000 based onqualifications and experience, with benefits.
