The Financial Management Data Analyst serves as a subject matter expert advisor to the client. Responsibilities :

*Please note, the implementation of these tools may have limitations and restrictions that do not exist in the private sector or other government agencies; a successful applicant will be able to be creative and adaptive in the development of their assets to meet objectives.
Develop sophisticated programmatic logic/formulas required for assets to function as designed
Assist with developing frameworks and implementation of best practices for data capture, analysis, reporting, and integration into new systems to ensure data integrity, process efficiency, and guarantee user experience meets high standards
Support consultation on data analysis approaches, including recommending metrics, types of analysis and reports, and some strategic input; interprets client requests and requirements to independently create and deliver solutions
Work with a variety of internal and external customers to develop asset requirements, demonstrate assets, manage change requests, and all other asset lifecycle management activities
Produce development documentation of assets and assist in the creation of user guides for developed assets
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
Familiarity with federal government financial management/accounting is a plus
Three to seven (3-5) years of related experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experienced management skills with the ability to lead, facilitate, motivate, and organize
