Our consulting firm that offers branding solutions for world class clients of top brands is seeking a Manager of Strategic Partnerships & Brand Activations. We are looking for individuals who are willing to give his or her all and be part of a team. You will be put in an environment that will lead you on the path of success and give you direct hands-on experience with entertainment marketing.The firm has perfected the methods to ingrain companies, brands, and products into the social consciousness.

Qualifications : Candidates must possess the following skills and abilities

5 years of similar experience Bachelor's Degree or higher High organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and able to complete projects independently Strong written and communication skills Able to prioritize, multitask, and take initiative to solve problems and meet deadlines in a high-intensity setting Be a team player that can lead individuals

Responsibilities include:

Client Relations -Day to Day Communications -Serve as day-to-day liaison between the brand and The Shark Group -Day-to-day point of contact for all aspects of the partnership

-Client Reporting -Monthly or Weekly Calls depending on the client

Deal Management -Strategy & Deck Creation -After an exploratory call with a client, work with our team to customize Strategic Partnerships Opportunity deck to reflect opportunities that align with the clients goals and budget

-Term Sheet & Pricing Grid -Once deliverables are established, creating a pricing grid that reflects price points of all deliverables in conjunction with the established term

-Legal Agreements -Work to draft and/or review legal agreements -Working with general counsel for legal consultation -Finalizing legal agreements and sending a full executed copy to the brand partner -Archiving all legal agreements in companies’ respective dropbox

Activations -Live Activations (Webinars, Filmings, etc) -Management of brand activations (including live events, filming sessions, webinars, etc) with the client and the Shark Group team. -Strategizing and planning of activations with the client. -Ensuring that all content, marketing materials, social media content, etc. is in-line with brand guidelines and are approved.

-PR -If there’s a PR component of a campaign, working with the client and our PR team to determine the client’s goals. KPI’s and desired outcomes. -Working with PR and the brand to ensure that we fulfill all contractual obligations and overdeliver where possible. -Approval of all targeted outlets and ensuring that no unapproved outlets are pitched -Scheduling and coordinating press interviews -Confirming brand messaging with the client for the interview and prepping accordingly by creating comprehensive pre-interview briefing documents -Collecting interview assets from the outlets after they go live and working with the clients to find effective ways to repurpose.

-Content -Working closely with the client to strategize content creation. -Directing TSG internal team on content creation needs, determining deadlines and deliver end product to client for review/approval. -If a client is handling content creation, working with them to ensure we are aligned on what is being created and ensuring that we sign off on and approve all content using CEO’s name and likeness.

-Distribution/Amplification -Approving all client distribution channels per the contract -Determine and approve timing and schedule of distribution from both client and brand channels to ensure no conflicts with other clients or projects -Approval of all content being sent out through client’s channels -Working with the brand to ensure that we fulfill all contractual obligations and overdeliver where possible.

-Brand Channels -Social Media -Working with the client to determine KPI’s and create an overall strategy for social media promotion during the term of the partnership -Determining content to be posted, updating content to be in-line with brand’s voice and overall brand, and then approving final content. -Scheduling posts with the social media team. -Ensuring that all FTC guidelines are followed and proper paid partnership tags are included. -Setting up proper backend details for whitelisting and boosting of content by the client on brand’s posts. -Working with the brand to ensure that we fulfill all contractual obligations and overdeliver where possible. -Emails -Working with the client to determine KPI’s and create an overall strategy for email marketing during the term of the partnership -Determining content and drafting emails. -Get approval from client -Working with the brand to ensure that we fulfill all contractual obligations and overdeliver where possible. -Website -Updating “Featured Partners” tab on DJ.com to include the brand partner’s logo and link to their desired webpage. -Drafting blog posts to be uploaded to DJ.com and get brand approval OR review and approve blog posts drafted by the brand. -Uploading blog to DJ.com

Overall Strategic Partnerships Division -Identify and help in other ways to help the overall strength of the division

Compensation: $110k - $125k
