Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Lead is a jack of all trades to assist in all aspects of branch activities. Through communication, decisions and behavior by example, an Operations Associate promotes a culture that works together to exceed all internal and external customers’ expectations. Essential Functions: Accounts Receivable

Maintain customer accounts in good financial standing Check on payment status of open invoices Run weekly aging reports, process monthly statements, and make copies of invoices/proof of deliveries

Invoices

Complete daily invoice posting in an efficient error free manner

Customer Portal Work Receiving paperwork and allocate orders, as needed Branch reception

Answer all incoming phone calls, check voicemail box, greet all visitors, distribute incoming mail, reorder supplies and inventory

Additional general functions include; data entry, typing, correspondence drafting, office supplies orders and prepare customer statements Required Communication Skills:

This Individual must possess a positive attitude and excellent communication skills allowing for constant interaction with a full cross section of Thruway Customers, Vendors, and staff. Good judgment and quick decision-making ability Problem-solving and analytical ability Organizational skills Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards Self-motivated, effective time management, and adapts quickly to changing priorities Accuracy and attention to detail Good written, listening, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Competency with Microsoft Office Suite and business planning software
