Spherion Staffing is seeking a professional Contact Center Customer Service Representative to join our client's dynamic team in Bryan/Brenham, Texas. The Contact Center Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients' customers. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
Document customer interactions and transactions
Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
2 years experience preferred.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Proven experience in a customer service or contact center role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
