Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Project Manager to oversee commercial HVAC projects in Bend, OR. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management, with at least 5 years of experience in managing large-scale commercial HVAC projects. Proficiency in industry-standard tools like BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore is essential for this role, which focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and completion of commercial HVAC projects. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and resources. Maintain rigorous control over project budgets and schedules using MS Project. Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained with BlueBeam and Procore. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure effective project execution. Uphold strict quality control standards to exceed client expectations. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide regular project updates and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management. Minimum of 5 years' experience in HVAC project management within commercial sectors. Strong command of BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore for project documentation and management. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial HVAC projects. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Local to Bend, OR, or willing to relocate, with a stable professional background.
