The Opportunity:

(e.g. , merger, split-up ) , our clients need a consultant who will take the time to learn the complexities of their mission and provide them with tangible advice on business process improvements, mission success, and standard methodologies.
That's why we need you, a management consultant who can analyze every aspect of your customer's operations and give them the roadmap to becoming the organization they envision. As a general management consultant on our team, you'll develop an overall picture of your client's
current
structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before.
On our team, you'll use discussions and workshops with stakeholders and analysts to identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a thorough understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you'll work on a path forward with leadership.

You Have:
3 years of experience working in a professional federal government environment
Experience managing data calls, analyzing conference request submissions, and coordinating conference requests with senior leadership
Experience with project management including preparing and analyzing plans and specific reports, identifying best practices, evaluating
or
writing complex reports
or
documents Experience performing gap analyses of existing DOJ
policies
and procedures
Experience providing Helpdesk support
Knowledge of developing and maintaining databases, formats,
or
vehicles for gathering, tracking, and reporting conferences and costs
Ability to quickly develop quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc conference reports and review requirements and deliverables for process improvement
Ability to effectively communicate to senior leadership, conference coordi nato rs, and stakeholders, pay strict attention to detail for conference reporting requirements, and prioritize and independently manage a vast workload
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience supporting the U. S. Department of Justice
Experience in government meeting planning
Experience in developing and maintaining dashboards to support and track Component compliance with key conference and cost metrics, including Power BI
Public Trust

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
