Reporting to the VPHR as a key member of the HR Leadership Team, the Director of Human Resources works closely with peer leaders (HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation) to drive People programs, initiatives, and operations in the business. This role has a significant impact across the department particularly in driving our approach to business

partnership.

This leadership role will handle escalated and sensitive employee relations situations, advising leaders on appropriate steps to improve performance and maintain accountability. This position will also partner closely with the VPHR to develop and

implement Talent Management programs and practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Direct People Leadership responsibility for HR Business Partners (one focused on the Field organization and one focused on the CX and Supporting teams).
  • Oversee Employee Relations procedures, promoting and fostering an open and transparent workplace culture across all areas of the organization. Handle escalated cases.
  • Exercise ultimate discretion and confidentiality with employee information.
  • Work closely with People Operations to advise on policy development and deployment, as well as federal and state regulation compliance.
  • In close partnership with VPHR, activate Greenix enterprise-wide talent strategy, philosophy, and programs to align with our core value of Creating Opportunities as we strive to promote and develop from within.
  • Build and deploy talent assessment frameworks and tools.
  • Coordinate and facilitate Talent Reviews to highlight development strengths and needs across the organization - use these rhythms to articulate career pathing, leadership development, and internal mobility.
  • Establish and carry out engagement strategies to include regular surveys and feedback mechanisms, and lead Inclusion and Diversity initiatives.
  • Create recognition rhythms and resources to acknowledge when employees exemplify our Mission, Values, and Growth Drivers, and even reach Tenure Milestones.
  • Work with People Operations to identify appropriate talent metrics to measure progress and impact of programs - using data and analytics to build relevant insights.
  • Help launch and sustain Performance Management cycles and programs across the organization, tailored to departments as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Superior knowledge of MS Office, HRIS platforms (Workday experience a plus) and comfortable learning new technology systems as needed
  • Experience in a high-growth business environment

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, I/O Psychology, Business, or related field (master's degree preferred, equivalent work experience may substitute formal education).
  • Prefer 7+ years of related experience (Human Resources, People Operations, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Business Leadership) with prior People Leadership experience.
  • Having experience in a similar organization is a plus (private equity backed, high-growth organization, distributed workforce).
  • Strong experience in Employee Relations and Talent Management Program creation & delivery.

Work Environment:

Employee works primarily on site in an office setting (Corporate office located in Orem, UT).
