Description

  1. Client Money Transmission Management: Oversee all aspects of money transmission operations, including processing transactions (via ACH, wires, FedNow, RTP), monitoring transactional activity for compliance, and ensuring nightly transmission.
  2. FBO Bank Account Implementation and Administration: Support conversion to FBO bank accounts and management, including opening, closing, and maintaining accounts, as well as conducting regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Client Funds Balancing: Monitor and reconcile client funds accounts, ensuring that client deposits and withdrawals are accurately recorded and accounted for. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  4. Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations governing money transmission, FBO bank accounts, and treasury operations. Implement and maintain robust compliance processes to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline treasury processes, enhance operational efficiency, and improve controls. Implement best practices and automation solutions to optimize treasury operations.
  6. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop and maintain comprehensive SOPs for all treasury functions. Ensure SOPs are regularly updated to reflect changes in processes, regulations, and best practices. Train team members and ensure adherence to established procedures.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury management, with a focus on money transmission, FBO bank account administration, and client funds balancing.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to money transmission, banking, and treasury operations.
  • Ability to learn, implement, and optimize corporate and treasury management systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze high volume complex financial data and identify trends.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to challenge the status quo.
  • Willingness to "roll up sleeves" and actively contribute to various tasks and projects as needed.
