PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinates and provides daily support of the Team Portable Collection System (TPCS), Tactical SIGINT Collection Systems (TSCS), Radio Reconnaissance Equipment Program (RREP) and Communications Emitter Sensing and Attacking System (CESAS) and usage at 3rd Radio Battalion, to include the following project tasking requirements: System upgrades and problem reporting, technical support and assistance, training, system administration, technical reports, system troubleshooting, removal and replacement of faulty components, and analyzing complex local and wide area network systems Provides support in special testing events to include Field User Valuations, Validation and Verification (V&V), Developmental Testing (DT) and Operational Testing (OT) Acts as company contact in the field with the customer and contractor personnel, exercising a high degree of tact, diplomacy, and mature judgment, conforming to company policy directions Supports system end users through verbal and written correspondence and site visits as required Recommends modifications to systems based on observance of real-time system operations, environmental concerns, and interaction with other systems Analyzed, tests, and troubleshoots complex local and wide area network systems Installs and configures workstations and servers Resolves difficult interoperability problems to obtain operation access to Wide Area Networks Provides software and hardware technical support to users as needed Performs Quality Assurance testing of System Software Releases Conducts intermediate and advanced level training for system end users to enable them to set up, operate, and maintain their specific systems and applications Provides feedback to hardware and software designers and developers in regard to anomalies encountered during training, end user concerns, and system compatibilities Prepares special reports and presentations pertinent to provided services and field operations Recommends and schedules repairs 0-15% CONUS travel as required MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: Five (5) years of hands-on experience with Tactical Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Systems such as: Team Portable Collection System (TPCS) Tactical SIGINT Collection System (TSCS) Radio Reconnaissance Equipment Program (RREP) Communication Emitter Sensing and Attack System (CESAS) Direct experience in three (3) of the following five (5) areas: Systems Requirements Operational Requirements Data Analysis Test & Evaluation Training Must be an expert who has demonstrated industry and/or public service leadership in C4ISR Systems Administration, Network Administration and Hardware Maintenance Technical Training in Systems Administration, Network Administration and/or Hardware Maintenance Ability to obtain and maintain a CompTIA Security Plus Certification within three (3) months of employment Ability to pass world-wide deployment physical examinations and meet all deployment requirements for travel to OCONUS and/or hostile locations as required Possess a current DoD Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Comparted Information eligibility DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: Extensive experience providing Technical, System Administration, System Operation, System Network, and System Maintenance support and/or Training on multiple C4ISR USMC PoR related systems to garrison/deployed/deploying Marine Corps units At least one (1) successful C4ISR USMC PoR related deployment with a Marine Expeditionary Unit or to a hostile location in support of Marine Corps operations At least one (1) successful tour of duty at a Marine Corps Radio Battalion or Marine Raider Support Battalion Current CompTIA Security Plus Certification Experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT.
