About the Position:

CrowdStrike is seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Corporate Account Manager, MedLar. This position is crucial in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers with our next generation endpoint technology. Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure customers receive the expected value from their previous purchase. Manage the contract renewal cycle, from scheduling initial meetings through negotiation and signature, to ensure customers renew at an escalated ARR rate. Achieve a quota of new sales growth within the customer base. Identify whitespace in accounts and create value-based presentations to promote upgrades and cross-sells. Consult with customers to recommend additional solutions from the CrowdStrike portfolio, increasing ingestion. Devise and execute account strategies and plans to maximize account growth. Provide high-touch customer service, including escalation and coordination of support issues as needed. Requirements:

2+ years of full sales cycle experience in account management or net new logo capacity, selling to technical audiences. Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong ability to run a discovery, manage full sales cycles, handle objections, and implement multi-faceted sales strategies. Proficient in sales qualification frameworks such as Medic, Medpicc, and Sandlar. Track record of meeting or exceeding expectations in individually focused, quota-carrying roles. Ability to balance various tasks and adjust priorities in fast-paced environments. Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new concepts quickly. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Comfort handling client objections and negotiations. CrowdStrike Inc. is a leading provider of next-generation endpoint security technology.
