We are currently supporting a top-rated insurance agency in Boca Raton, FL, looking for qualified Telemarketers If you have over a year of B2B sales experience and a drive to succeed, this opportunity is for you. With exclusive leads, potential sponsorship for a 2-15 license, and advancement opportunities, you'll be set up for success. You'll actively pursue new client prospects, manage enrollment documentation, and utilize the company's CRM system. You must be bilingual in Spanish to apply. Responsibilities

  • Ability to actively pursue new client prospects through telemarketing.
  • Ability to support the proper documentation for existing and prospective clients.
  • Handle pre- and post-enrollment documentation.
  • Call members in a delinquent status.
  • Teach members how to register on a website.
  • Inform members of the BYS program
  • Enter leads into spreadsheets.
  • Utilize the company's CRM and lead distribution system accurately.


Skills Bilingual in Spanish Customer Service (1 year of experience is preferred)
