THE JOB: As a Human Resources Partner, you will work closely with operational leaders and the Director of Talent Management to develop and execute initiatives, action plans, and processes aimed at improving key organizational areas, including fostering a culture of engagement, supporting initiatives that boost morale and job satisfaction. You will serve as a trusted advisor in providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, compliance and risk management, and talent development. This position executes the company's core service standards, brand attributes, and sustainability initiatives. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Serve as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, participating in talent review discussions, supporting development plans, career paths, succession slates, and providing comprehensive support throughout the employee lifecycle including recruitment, talent selection, interviewing, onboarding, and talent management. Onboard leaders, identifying growth opportunities, succession planning, and conducting leadership exit interviews, ensuring effective management of each stage. Partner with the Director of Talent Management and operational leaders to develop and execute initiatives, action plans, and processes aimed at improving key organizational performance areas, including fostering employee engagement by supporting initiatives that boost morale, increasing awareness of company initiatives, and guest service. Develop reports and insights for the Director of Talent Management and operational leadership to support organizational change and drive continuous improvement initiatives ensuring you champion and support change initiatives to property leaders, assess their impact, and navigate challenges smoothly and effectively to minimize disruptions. Collaborate with operational leaders on employee surveys, leadership skip-level meetings, and employee focus group meetings to conduct regular departmental health assessments. Consult, support, and provide guidance to property/corporate leadership to develop action plans to address employee feedback. Partner with Human Resources Center of Excellence (CoE) and property leadership to drive implementation of the CoE's specific strategic objectives. WHAT YOU MUST HAVE: Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of prior relevant experience in Human Resources or related fields. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. IDEAL CANDIDATE: Prioritizes teamwork, has strong communication and interpersonal skills. Is proficient with Workday and Microsoft Office. Prior experience using Perceptyx. Possesses strong critical thinking skills, and can navigate challenges effectively. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
