This is an in-person position, but we may consider remote for the right candidate.

Responsibilities Content Marketing Develop the quarterly content calendar, in conjunction with the E-Commerce Senior Manager, from initial ideation to execution Plan, coordinate, and execute campaign emails, including writing copy and CTAs, preparing creative briefs, defining audiences, and scheduling emails Plan, coordinate and execute organic social media strategy, including writing captions and CTAs, incorporating trends, and scheduling posts Draft and refine blog posts using AI tools, with a focus on SEO Own visioning for photo/video shoots, including the creation of Pinterest boards, briefs, etc. Drive influencer marketing program Keep up to date on the latest trends and offer recommendations on how to incorporate into our marketing programs

Merchandising Manage copy and image updates for collection pages, landing pages, and PDPs Design and execute on-site a/b tests Perform routine competitor product and pricing research

Analytics Analyze sales data to evaluate the performance of promotions, email and social media campaigns, and influencer partnerships; prepare reports on KPIs and learnings Analyze customer data to improve and implement segmentation strategies Develop an a/b testing strategy for email marketing campaigns; monitor KPIs, evaluate performance and present recommendations for go-forward strategies Monitor and evaluate performance of email and social media campaigns; interpret data to make adjustments and recommendations

Project Management Manage project plans for BAU marketing activities as well as for strategic initiatives Adjust content calendars when needed Create new and revise existing SOPs for marketing processes

Vendor Management Attend routine meetings with 3rd party partners and generate recaps and action items

Qualifications BA/BS in Marketing or related business discipline ~3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, and/or e-commerce with proficiency in Klaviyo and Shopify Strong creative vision and storytelling skills Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices Excellent attention-to-detail, communication, collaboration, and project management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Experience with social media management and short-form video creation
