Task: Your task is to lead and execute marketing strategies to promote DIM and DIM’s client lead generation, brand awareness/recognition, sales, marketing material support and client retention.
Purpose: To position DIM as the champion of Full-Arch Implant dentistry, implementing innovative marketing strategies, communications, branding, overseeing the creation and distribution of disruptive content guiding your teams to achieve clear objectives.
Scope of responsibility:
You will develop your subordinates so they can do your job and if you leave the team can effectively function.
You will ensure that our Tech stack can consolidate information, and your team and executive team will know exactly where to look to find information
a. Work with Salesforce admin to effectively accomplish and ensure task delegation
b. Work with Zenatta as our new build is moving forward to support Client acquisition, retention and fulfillment
Lead your teams and mentor them setting clear expectations, goals and fostering company core leadership values.
Oversee content creation and production creating content that disrupts, informs and commits (lead generation client acquisition and lead generation for clients).
Thought leader for ALL marketing, staying up to date of trends and how to implement new strategies with a clearly communicated plan.
Analyze and assess data to make data informed decisions utilizing the “what, so what and now what” way of reporting.
Forecast at least 90days to plan marketing campaigns and support teams, events and sales
8. Time allocation,30%internal client lead generation,70% client retention and acquisition.
Metrics of Performance: How you will be evaluated and to know how you are doing
Aligning budgets with results
a. DIM cost per shown appointment averaging>=$260/show
b. DIM cost per lead(client) client average $50 or ability to show higher cost = better lead
The data is consolidated on one platform and when asked a question you can provide objective metrics in ten minutes or less
Your subordinates are counseled quarterly and when asked what the company’s vision is and their role in contributing they can effectively communicate that
Your team is developed and at least one individual could do your job
Your team has data to display the ROI that the marketing efforts are driving
Your efforts are clearly synchronized cross departmentally
Routine Functionality:
Embody the company core leadership values of Character, Presence, Intellect, Leads, Develops, Achieves.
Synchronize marketing efforts weekly across team and departments
You can provide data required for the Executive Meetings from your teams
Conduct minimum of one monthly one on one with team members
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform marketing strategies.
Have regular cross department communication with other leaders inside of DIM.
