As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will have responsibility for creating the positioning and developing the marketing programs to grow a Granicus product line over time. This role requires a combination technical product knowledge to obtain a deep understanding of our products, combined with the market insights and marketing skills to effectively develop and communicate our product positioning and differentiators. This position works closely with product management, sales, other marketing organizations, professional services, and customer success to develop the overall product line business. What your impact will look like: Work closely with customers, sales and product teams to create product line sales strategy and deliverables to ensure product line success and growth Maintain understanding of product line strengths and weaknesses to develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market Analyze data and conduct interviews to better understand how customers use our solutions Perform competitive research to profile our key competitors Conduct interviews to assist in defining buyer personas Develop product and solution-oriented content including positioning, pitch decks, other sales-facing materials, website content, videos, blogs, and webinars Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage cross-functional implementation Work and communicate cross-functionally to drive strategic demand generation efforts Other duties as assigned You'll love this job if you have: 5+ years of B2B Software Product Marketing experience Experience with the B2B customer experience, marketing automation, service management, and/or government software application markets is preferred Experience with developing product positioning and implementing product-specific demand generation programs An ability to work well in a fast-paced environment where functioning autonomously and collaborating as part of a team are equally important Self-starter with the curiosity to expand the scope of assigned projects and tasks as needed Experience in researching and analyzing market landscape and competitive intelligence Project management skills and an understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment Strong written communication and presentation skills Comfortable and professional when interacting with clients, onsite staffing, and representing Granicus to the general public Experience working with international and virtual teams + bonus and benefits Security and Privacy Requirements - Responsible for Granicus information security by appropriately reserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Granicus information assets in accordance with the company's information security program. - Responsible for ensuring the data privacy of our employees and customers, their data, as well as taking all required privacy training in a timely manner, in accordance with company policies.
