Overview Job Title: Data Quality Assurance Job Description: Are you passionate about ensuring data accuracy and integrity? We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Assurance Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in maintaining the quality and reliability of our data assets, which are crucial for informed decision-making and business success. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain data quality standards, processes, and practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop strategies for data validation and accuracy. Perform data profiling and analysis to identify data anomalies and areas for improvement. Design and execute data quality audits and assessments, documenting results and recommending corrective actions. Monitor data flows and manage data quality dashboards, providing timely and actionable insights to stakeholders. Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to implement robust data quality solutions. Collaborate with business users to establish data quality metrics and key performance indicators. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to promote data quality awareness across the organization. Qualifications Proven experience in data quality assurance, data analysis, or a related field. Strong understanding of database systems, data modeling, and data management principles. Proficiency in data quality tools and software, such as SQL, Python, or other data analysis languages. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Experience with data governance and compliance policies is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Why Join Us?
