HotFoot Recruiters is excited to partner with a Taiwanese engineering services and manufacturing firm to fill the position of Bilingual Quality Assurance. This position plays a key role in maintaining high-quality output, improving process efficiency, and ensuring clear communication across diverse production teams.

Title: Bilingual Quality Assurance
Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85085
Pay Rate: DOE

Responsibilities

  • Perform regular inspections to ensure products and processes meet company quality standards.

  • Identify and document any non-conformities and assist in implementing corrective actions.

  • Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking team members to ensure a clear understanding of quality procedures.

  • Maintain detailed reports and records for audits and internal reviews.

  • Collaborate closely with production and leadership teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Foreman, or QC roles (non-construction).

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (required).

  • Strong understanding of quality control procedures, inspection methods, and documentation standards.

  • Familiarity with ISO or similar quality management systems (preferred).

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Ability to use Microsoft Office, data entry systems, or QA software.
