Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive expert to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of Simera. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering value to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies Conduct research on target accounts to understand their business needs and pain points Provide timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and performance metrics Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Provide regular reports on sales performance and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives. Qualifications

Proficiency in English language skills at either the B2 or C1 level is required. English Resume is required Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, SaaS experience is a plus Proven track record of successful lead generation and sales results Excellent written and verbal English language skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools Positive attitude, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
