Reporting to the Creative Director, we are seeking a dynamic Creative Marketing Coordinator with a background in retail marketing to join our team. As the Creative Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Creative Marketing team. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of current trends in the content, entertainment and fashion. Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management:

Assist with copy for marketing collateral, including presentations, and social messaging via Graphics. Assist in managing the company’s asset library, Maintain and update content distribution.

Market Research and Analysis:

Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Assist with data tracking for campaign performance and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations. Assist in the development of creative marketing strategies based on research findings.

Project Management:

Support in Creative marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budgets. Maintain organized records of all creative productions, materials, and performance metrics. Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure seamless project execution. Attend content shoots as needed.

Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to the creative marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing marketing assets. Maintain the creative content calendar, ensuring all activities are well-planned and coordinated. Handle inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner. Manage invoice processing and tracking and documentation. Partner with key members within marketing department to ensure best practices and organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or related role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and project management tools such as Monday.com; familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote) is a plus. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas. Genuine passion and understanding of entertainment marketing, showcasing an affinity for marketing and entertainment. Lives within the zeitgeist of entertainment, music, street fashion, and sneaker culture and street art Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment as well as independently. Campaign shoot experience in studio and on location, video and still photography a plus Design skills a plus. Special Requirements:

Travel requirements: Weekly local travel to the Distribution Center or to local Store locations for product pickups. Campaign travel can be occasional, 2-3 times a month max. Cultural Success Factors:
