Seeking a strategic Payroll Specialist to assist with daily payroll processes using UKG. The ideal candidate must be available to start immediately and reside locally in the Richmond, VA area. Responsibilities: Verify employee timesheets, ensuring accurate entries such as work hours and leaves, and reconcile records when necessary. Ensure all payroll processes comply with applicable state, federal, and local regulations. Serve as the primary contact for employee payroll inquiries. Generate reports related to payroll, labor relations, and benefits maintenance. Process and file payroll taxes following local, state, and federal laws. Qualifications: Experience using UKG in a corporate payroll setting. Knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
