Portfolio Risk Manager I

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Portfolio Risk Manager I within our Corpay division. This position falls under our Comdata Credit line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will acquire knowledge on customer portfolios and their product usage, risk management, and resolutions. You will report directly to Director of Portfolio Management and regularly collaborate with other team(s)/department(s).

As a Portfolio Risk Manager I, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
  • Assigned workspace in Brentwood, TN office

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Identifying 1st party, 3rd party, or synthetic. Identifying fraud when reviewing internal reports and risk alerts
  • Determining existing fraud trends by analyzing accounts and transaction patterns and recommending and executing anti-fraud process/policy changes
  • Creating high-risk action plans to minimize the risk on customer accounts and implementing the plans
  • Monitoring/Reviewing/Maintaining collateral documents to ensure they are accurate and binding.
  • Securing financial statements from large-line customers to be used for annual/periodic reviews.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business-related field OR 3+ years of experience in credit or fraud risk management or related field.
  • Ability to analyze data to identify certain fraud/risk behaviors
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of making sound decisions based on facts presented
  • Great written and oral communication skills
  • Able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Work in a multitude of Windows-based and Mainframe applications simultaneously.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to complete data mining tasks using SQL code
  • Excellent Time Management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently
