About The Role

Position Summary:

Responsible for supervising the Treasury Support team. Handles the implementation and support of new products/services. Oversee the risk management to ensure qualified customers are in the portfolio. The team supports the Bank's treasury products and services by providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, monitoring daily online banking transactions, and assisting with the back-office management. This role requires professional interaction, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding the bank's image.

Essential Functions:
  • Manage safety and security of bank's Treasury Management offering's by completing risk assessments, performing reviews and monitoring of online activity (including necessary audits), underwriting new and existing cash management customers, ensuring agreements are current, accurate and properly approved, and performing all other duties necessary to ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Responsible for implementation of new treasury management products and services. Performs due diligence, manages implementation, prepares training material, and conducts training.
  • Analyzes usage of treasury products and available security features. Ensures appropriate security measures are implemented by our customers and staff. Monitors usage for compliance with security measures.
  • Provide supervision and leadership to Treasury Support team.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls for Treasury Management Department.
  • Assist in setup of new treasury management customers.
  • Daily monitoring of customer-initiated transactions.
  • Assist in annual review process of all treasury customers.
  • Answer questions about bank products and services; resolve problems within their authority. Refer problems that are beyond their authority to the next level supervisor with their recommendations.
  • Know and recognize Red Flags for fraudulent transactions and activities.
  • Provide viable solutions to meet customer needs, while conforming to Bank regulations and policies and providing extraordinary service.
  • Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, The Bank Secrecy Act, The Patriot Act and The Office of Foreign.

Education and Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience
  • Bachelor's degree, required
    • An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Must be able to work extended hours or travel off site whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation.

Specific lifting abilities required by this job include: Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
