Responsibilities
- Scan intake files for eligibility errors following policy guidelines and procedures established in monitoring charter.
- Maintain daily and/weekly monitoring quotas as set by manager.
- Complete detailed Excel spreadsheets or other reports as needed and complete summary reports as directed.
- Help with creation and documentation of policies and procedures related to this function.
- Meet with clients as needed to help in the coordination of monitoring activities.
- Ensure all activities conducted follow published and approved processes.
- Participate in monitoring error review meetings and conference calls.
- Participate in training sessions on updated policies and monitoring procedures.
- Strong ability to identify errors and discrepancies in eligibility documentation.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
- Familiarity with Excel and other reporting tools to accurately document and track monitoring activities.
- Willingness to work in a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Ability to work remotely from a private workspace with high-speed internet connectivity.
- Prior experience working in a human or government services agency is preferred.
- This is primarily a remote position after training is complete.
- Training will be in-person in Broadripple, IN.
- Must live in Indiana.
- Must be available to work 40 hours each week during the "core" work hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00p.m. EST.
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be needed as job duties demand.
