Responsibilities

  • Scan intake files for eligibility errors following policy guidelines and procedures established in monitoring charter.
  • Maintain daily and/weekly monitoring quotas as set by manager.
  • Complete detailed Excel spreadsheets or other reports as needed and complete summary reports as directed.
  • Help with creation and documentation of policies and procedures related to this function.
  • Meet with clients as needed to help in the coordination of monitoring activities.
  • Ensure all activities conducted follow published and approved processes.
  • Participate in monitoring error review meetings and conference calls.
  • Participate in training sessions on updated policies and monitoring procedures.
Requirements
  • Strong ability to identify errors and discrepancies in eligibility documentation.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
  • Familiarity with Excel and other reporting tools to accurately document and track monitoring activities.
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Ability to work remotely from a private workspace with high-speed internet connectivity.
  • Prior experience working in a human or government services agency is preferred.
Work Environment
  • This is primarily a remote position after training is complete.
  • Training will be in-person in Broadripple, IN.
  • Must live in Indiana.
  • Must be available to work 40 hours each week during the "core" work hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00p.m. EST.
  • Occasional evening and weekend work may be needed as job duties demand.
