Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR People Analytics Analyst to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in analytics within a large global industrial company. This role involves working closely with our HR team members and external vendors to provide accurate and insightful people analytics dashboards and reports to organizational leaders at all levels, including executives. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to system utilization and improvement.

Where is the work:
This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.

Key Responsibilites:
  • People Analytics Reporting: Develop, maintain, and deliver people analytics dashboards and reports to organizational leaders at all levels, including executives. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all analytics reports and dashboards.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors to ensure timely updates and enhancements to analytics tools and systems. Manage vendor relationships to optimize system performance and utilization.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding quickly and effectively to analytics case requests from HR team members and other stakeholders. Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to people analytics in a timely manner.
  • System Utilization and Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve the utilization of people analytics systems and tools. Identify opportunities for system enhancements and work proactively to implement improvements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work day-to-day with HR team members to understand their analytics needs and provide appropriate solutions. Communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive Leadership: Lead proactive efforts to identify trends and insights that can drive strategic HR decisions. Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in people analytics.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in people analytics within a large global industrial company.
  • Proven customer service skills with a strong focus on responsiveness and problem-solving.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in people analytics tools and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with HR team members and other stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with specific people analytics platforms (e.g., Visier, Peoplesoft, Workday, Tableau, Alteryx).
    • Advanced data analysis skills, including proficiency in Tableau, SQL, Python, or R.

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $70,000 to $95,000

Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
