RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provide awake supervision of clients on the overnights shift 10:30pm-7am monitoring behavior according to established trauma-informed, strengths-based guidelines and procedures * Participate with coworkers as a team on implementation of trauma-informed, strengths-based treatment plans * Remain cognizant of each client's needs and interventions, privileges, restrictions, and trauma triggers, adapt interactions accordingly * Comply with all documentation and standards * Ensure compliance with all emotional and physical safety policies and procedures * Report to supervisor, team members, and families any signs and symptoms potentially requiring intervention or referral * Perform restraints and seclusion activities as necessary to keep clients safe from self and others * Maintain appropriate boundaries in all interaction and contact with clients and their families * Comply with Nexus policies involving privacy and confidentiality * Participate in the transportation of client for home visits, doctor appointments, planned recreational activities * Working Hours 10:30pm-7am this position requires being awake thru duration of shift

QUALIFICATIONS:

* High School diploma or GED required. * Minimum 21 years of age. * Valid driver's license required. Must meet state regulating agency and Corporate driving requirements.
