Logistics & Materials Coordinator: Job Summary: The Logistics Coordinator plans delivery of the order/consignment to the customer/LBP's timely by fulfilling all purchase order requirements and aligned to compliance and international trade regulations. He / She also must master all processes related to international trade regulations, Incoterms 2020 and related country specific certificates needed for customs clearance at destination. He / She shall be responsible for their own safety and must respect EHS regulations. He / She must respect all Emerson trade compliance rules and ensure adherence. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Quality: Applies procedures which are described in QA Manual. Ensure final product is fully in line with write up, prior to completion. Shipping: Capture details of pending orders to pack/Ship from Oracle. Manage timely shipping with respect to Customer Request Dates. Supervise packing team and provide instructions to packers based on order requirements. Co-ordinate with Packing team. Record packing completion in Oracle. Manage & maintain packaging safety stock for a smooth running. Coordinates with the Order Administrator & LBP for complete shipping instructions. Generates the Shipping Document Pack through the systems. Prepares the Custom documents for shipments. Arrange transportation and booking per shipping terms for each order. Coordinates with the Warehouse & Freight Forwarders for shipment pickup and transportations For Aramco direct shipments, ensure to initiate the shipping within the open windows days and CRD. Follow up closely with the freight forwarders for the signed collection note/POD. Prepare necessary customs shipping document For "Export" shipments when applicable. Accurate pre-alert to be shared with the consignee when applicable. Handle import shipments and all clearance activities. Visit customs, governmental authorities and freight forwarders when required. Handle duty exemption shipments. Maintains clean shipping records and archive. Drive cost saving by selecting the right forwarder when applicable. Ensure adherence to local & international Emerson Trade compliance procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices. Support orders for FCV Saudi. Works to meet POR & internal customers commitment. Handle SCO (internal tool) to book ocean and air shipments. Provide shipping quote when applicable. Handle freight and duty invoices and follow up for the payment. Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned. Who you are? Experienced in all different types of import and export and mainly duty exemption process and clearance formalities. Strong and Effective communicate skills in both English & Arabic For this Role, You Will Need : Supply Chain, Business Administration/ Management, Public relations, or any related area [degree level or diploma] 2-5 years proven experience.
