This position is responsible for serving customers and government agencies via a call-center.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide product and sales information
  • Process sales orders
  • Coordinate product delivery and installation
  • Work independently and on teams to develop, improve and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support Sales team to increase sales and resolve product and service concerns
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Have knowledge of product functionality, prices, lead times, and delivery schedules
  • Have clear verbal and written communication
  • Have experience with maintaining accurate sales data
  • Have experience with organized records and work systematically and efficiently
  • Display personal initiative to meet all goals within deadline

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent of 3 years customer service experience with strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Associate Degree in business-related field is a plus
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
  • Experience in a call-center environment is a plus
  • Experience in Epicor ERP system is a plus
  • Experience in Salesforce CRM is a plus
