We are seeking a Customer Support resource, with exceptional communication skills both verbal and written The hired individual shall be mainly responsible to manage inbound calls and chats, and follow a well-defined step-by-step process.
Required Qualification & Skills
Experience of managing inbound calls
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong technical investigation and follow-up skills
The person would have strong English Communication skills
Acknowledging and process customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of all customers.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
