Fraud Analyst
Position Summary
Analysis of data to find fraud and process consumer refunds based on the information. Consumer contact in a call center environment.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of related experience; or High School diploma or GED and 3-5 years of related experience preferred.
* Prior experience in finance, quality assurance, policy compliance, and/or customer service
* Familiarity with sales or service operations of electronic goods manufacturers and sellers.
* Good analytical, interpersonal, communication, and time management skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
* Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage one's time to meet KPI targets.
* Expert ability in prioritization based on risk and internal KPI requirements.
* Ability to accurately document and record all related information.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Enhanced mathematical skills
