The Position: As a member of the BDR team, coupled with our award-winning marketing team, you'll be the driving force behind YCharts' sales success - and you'll reap the rewards. If you like the fintech/financial services industry, enjoy sales, and are competitive by nature, we really want to talk to you What You'll Be Doing: Generate and qualify leads through phone/email outreach Connect qualified prospects with Account Executives Guide prospects through the sales process Participate in weekly team meetings and training Desired Qualifications and Skills: Sales experience with cold/warm calling Fintech or financial advisory industry knowledge preferred Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to impress and delight Strong drive and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field Compensation: Base Salary: $55,000 OTE: $75,750 5% Discretionary annual SMART bonus Uncapped commission pay Why YCharts?
